How can i change the background color for only one slide in powerpoint for mac 2011

you can maximise the window to give full screen If you are using a Mac with one screen, you may not have enough screen real estate to see your PowerPoint along with the other Zoom windows. When you play the slides they will not use presenter mode and be in a single window. Select the option Browsed by an Individual (windowed).

Go to Slide Show tab, and select Setup Slide Show.
